Help us have a healthy lifestyle?

My fiance and I are both slightly over weight... For the new year my resolution is to "be the person I want others to see me as." And that includes living a healthy lifestyle... I don't drink or smoke and don't eat alot of fried foods. I do eat alot of fruit and green vegetables and I think my diet is pretty good I just need to tweak it a bit and am visiting a nutritionist for that. My question is about exercise.. I work 2 jobs and go to school full time and it is very hard to fit in the time to exercise... I walk around campus and that's about it (I know that's where my problem lies).. But anyway, my fiance and I just got a dog and I was wondering if it would make a difference to take her to the park and walk for about 30 min 3 times a week or would it pretty much be pointless? If you also have any fun workout videos that don't take long I'd love to hear those too as well as any other healthy lifestyle tips :]
