I want to get in shape and have a healthy body and lifestyle. Any tips or strategies?

Well I have had a lot of strange food problems this year and at this stage I have been doing barley any exersize at all and eating a lot of bad food. I want to get back onto the healthy track and lose some uneeded body fat. I am 14 years old, 5'4 and a bit on the chunky side but I love my bodyshape. I just want to finally start treating it right! I appreciate any answers. :)

  1. there are several great books out there that can give you waaaay more advice than myself or anyone else posting here. i would invest in one or more of them if i were you because the more you know, the better your results will be.   2. You can start by cutting out fried foods and any sweets that you still eat. You may want to add vegetables to your diet and also fruit. And also start with maybe 15 min of exercise everyday. You can also take a mulitivitamin for added nutrition in this diet. you are guareented to loose weight. If you have Comcast cable they have free exercise tv on demand. Running or walking is also very good way to work out the whole entire body. Dont get on the scale it will only disappoint. Work at it and you will succeed.
